ASA Savings and Loans Limited (ASA SL) was incorporated under the laws of Ghana on 19th June 2009 with registration number CA-60,423 [currently CS101382016 after re-registration exercise]. The company is registered with Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC) and licensed by Bank of Ghana (BoG).
ASA SL is a subsidiary of ASA International. The parent company is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and have subsidiaries in 13 countries within Asia and Africa.
